This machine is a brand new model, whose purpose is working the belly of the animal, operation in these days done by hands with specific tools.
This machine can work the product in series, putting the whole piece of meat to be drilled in the machine, which with one and only step can make a series of similar holes just on the rind of the animal (just to avoid to drill the meat or the fat behind the rind itself), to make it easier to work during the next step, first of all the cooking: thanks to the holes in the rid, it will have a homogeneous distribution of the heath: in that way the meat results perfect without cuts or blisters on the part to handle. With this machine, the product is drilled in a very systematic way without forget some pieces as it may be if the operation is by hands.
